The Dayliff Seko AML 200 Dosing Pump is a high‑precision chemical metering pump engineered for dependable and accurate dosing of chemicals in water treatment, industrial processes, and pool sanitation systems. Designed with robust materials and proven Seko technology, this pump ensures consistent performance and long‑term reliability for a wide range of applications.

At its core is a positive‑displacement diaphragm mechanism driven by a microprocessor‑based magnetic solenoid motor, which delivers precise, controlled chemical injection. This makes it ideal for applications such as chlorination, pH correction, flocculant dosing, corrosion control, and other critical chemical feeds in water and wastewater systems.

The AML 200 model features a manually adjustable flow rate using a front‑panel control dial, allowing operators to fine‑tune dosing from 0 % up to 100 % of its capacity to suit specific treatment needs. An operating status LED offers clear visual feedback on stroke cycles and fault conditions, while a level control input can automatically stop dosing when the chemical reservoir runs empty — helping protect the pump and conserve chemicals.

Built for challenging environments, the pump’s corrosion‑resistant PVDF or PVC pump bodies, PTFE (Teflon) diaphragm, and ceramic ball valves provide excellent chemical compatibility and durability, making it suitable for injecting a broad range of dosing liquids including chlorine, acids, alkalis, and flocculants.

The unit is supplied complete with a comprehensive installation kit — including a foot valve, mounting screws, injection valve, 2 m PE delivery tube, 4 m PVC suction and bleeding tube, and a wall mounting bracket — so it’s ready for quick setup in most dosing arrangements.

With a maximum flow rate of up to approximately 5 L/h at pressures of up to around 8 bar, it balances compact size with practical dosing capacity for small to medium systems. Designed for standard 240 VAC / 50 Hz supply and robust enough for continuous use, the Dayliff Seko AML 200 provides a reliable, easy‑to‑operate solution for chemical dosing needs in water treatment and industrial applications.
