Product Description

The Dayliff SUNFLO‑S 300 Solar Pumping System is a complete solar‑powered water pumping solution engineered for off‑grid water supply from boreholes and wells where electricity is unreliable or unavailable. It’s ideal for livestock watering, irrigation, and general domestic water delivery in rural or remote locations, giving you a sustainable and low‑cost way to pump water using solar energy.

At the heart of the system is the SUNFLO‑S 300 submersible solar pump, which features a positive displacement three‑chamber diaphragm design that delivers smooth flow and can safely run dry without damage — a critical advantage in variable solar conditions. An internal bypass protects the pump in the event of a delivery cut‑off, helping ensure long‑term reliability.

The pump’s 24 V DC brushless permanent‑magnet motor is robust and efficient, providing dependable performance when powered directly by solar PV modules or through a charge controller and battery combination for extended daily operation beyond peak sunlight hours. Internal thermal protection safeguards the motor against overheating.

This system is supplied as a ready‑to‑install kit that includes a set of Grade‑1 PV solar modules with connectors, submersible drop cable with joint, a DC solar isolator with MCB control for safe module isolation, safety rope, and HDPE pipe connectors — streamlining setup and reducing additional equipment needs.

Under standard test conditions of 1000 W/m² solar irradiance and 25 °C, the SUNFLO‑S 300 model can deliver around 3 m³ of water per day at 60 m head, though actual output varies with sunlight levels, system orientation, and installation specifics.

Crafted for durability, the pump’s stainless steel casing and 50‑mesh stainless steel screen ensure resistance to wear and contamination, while high‑quality engineering plastics and specialist materials like Santoprene and EPDM are used in the diaphragm and valve components.

The system is designed to operate in a wide range of conditions, with a maximum immersion depth of 30 m, a maximum liquid temperature of +77 °C, and suitability across a broad ambient temperature range from –40 °C to +60 °C.

Overall, the Dayliff SUNFLO‑S 300 Solar Pumping System combines renewable energy utilization, robust construction, and flexible installation options to deliver a dependable, low‑maintenance water pumping solution for agricultural, residential, and off‑grid scenarios.
