Product Description

The Dayliff SUNFLO‑A 600H Solar Pumping System is a complete solar‑driven water supply solution designed for off‑grid boreholes and wells where conventional electricity is unavailable or unreliable. Tailored for rural water supply, livestock watering, irrigation, and remote domestic use, this system harnesses sunlight to deliver dependable water pumping with minimal operating costs and no fuel requirements.

At its core is the SUNFLO‑A 600H submersible pump, which uses a helical rotary screw design constructed from stainless steel with a rubber stator. This robust design offers high efficiency and durability, built specifically for continuous solar power operation directly from PV modules. The pump also includes an in‑built controller that protects the system during direct connection to solar modules.

The pump is driven by a 48 V permanent‑magnet brushless DC motor, engineered to maximize efficiency from solar energy. It is typically powered by a solar array sized to approximately 130 % of the motor’s rating to ensure adequate power under varying sunlight conditions.

Under standard test conditions of 1000 W/m² solar irradiance and 25 °C, the SUNFLO‑A 600H is capable of pumping around 4 m³ of water per day at a 70 m head, offering reliable daily output when configured correctly with the recommended PV array. Actual performance will vary with seasonal sunlight levels and system installation.

The complete system includes all essential components for a simplified installation:

  • Grade‑1 PV solar modules with connectors matched to the pump’s requirements

  • Submersible drop cable and joint, plus a 10 m solar module connection cable

  • DC solar isolator with MCB control for safe solar array isolation

  • Safety rope and HDPE pipe connectors for secure pump deployment

(Note: module supports and delivery piping are not included and must be sourced separately based on site requirements.)

The pump is designed to operate with clean, thin, chemically non‑aggressive water with minimal solids (sand content less than 0.1 %) and is suitable for immersion depths up to 20 m, with a maximum liquid temperature of +40 °C and ambient temperatures up to +40 °C.

Overall, the Dayliff SUNFLO‑A 600H Solar Pumping System combines proven solar pump technology with a ready‑to‑install kit to provide a low‑maintenance, cost‑effective, and environmentally friendly water pumping solution for off‑grid and remote water needs.
